Yoga Classes
Wens. PSU 6- 6:50|Vinyasa/ Fitness Yoga
This is a class for ALL levels. We will work on creating a flow, that is moving from one pose to another, tuning into our breathe. We will develop strong core, legs, and arms. We will gain flexibiltiy and calm. Following a short savasana we will end each class with a 5 min. meditation.
